I cant open Outlook 2007... MApi unable to load msncon.dll

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook 2007. Cannot open the outlook
window. Error message "The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected
error has
occured. MAPI was unable to load the information service MSNCON.dll.. Be
sure the
ervice is correctly installed and configured.""

I use hotmail as well

Outlook fails to load because of errors with 'msncon.dll'.

I downloaded the OLC.MSI file and now I don't know how to install it. Can anyone help?
