I can't preview emails prior to printing them

I can't either preview emails prior to printing them. In addtion, when I
print email messages the body of hte message doesn't print - only From, sent,
to, cc, and Suject lines do. The rest of the message is blank.

email client and version?
Email message format (Text, HTML...)?
All email messages or just some?

HI - I'm not sure what client version means. I';m using Outlook 2003 version
11.6359.6360 . HTML is checked on format but is gray-ed out - only HTML
messages aren't printing; ext messages are. (good question) I have had this
problem with a variety of emails from different sources.
