I can't put Contacts into my Address Book

D

David RH

When creating an email my contacts don't appear in my Address Book. I used to
be able to click on the TO... and a list of my contacts would appear. How do
I get them back?
Regards
David

Sorry Sue, version 2003. Something else that may be of relevance is that when
I open Outlook I get the following error message: 'Error 623: The System
could not find the phone book entry for this connection'.
Also during Outlook Send/Receive Progress the following errors are reported:
Task 'Hotmail-Sending' reported error (0x8007026F) 'The system could not
find the phone book entry for this connection' &
Task 'Hotmail: Synchronizing headers. 'reported error (0x80048002) 'This
task was cancelled before it was completed'.

Hope this assists
David

The Hotmail issue is totally unrelated, and you should start a new thread in the microsoft.public.outlook.general newsgroup for it.

Regarding your address book, choose Tools | Email Accounts | View or change existing directories... Is the Outlook Address Book installed? If not, add it.
