I uninstalled my office 2003 because I thought there was a problem with it.
Now, I'm trying to re-install the cd's and it doesn't appear that my computer
is reading the disk, or it can't find a set up file. PLEASE HELP!!!

No, I tried to put a music CD in and it wouldn't play that either.

Are you just waiting for the computer to do something or are you using
Windows Explorer and checking to see if you can actually read the CD?

Put a CD in the tray, open My Computer, and double click on your CD drive.
Does it show you file names or something else?

I found on the computer where I could restore my system back to a date and
time and that's what I did and then I reinstalled the office 2003 and it
works. However, I'm having a problem with opening attachments from my email,
it's saying internet explorer can not find the site, what's this about???
I'm trying to open a word, excel and a powerpoint cocument, why wouldn't it
open and I them all on my computer and they are all working.

It sounds like you have multiple things going on. I suggest getting your
hardware checked out. In the meantime, I would also recommend you back up
your important files, just in case.
