I can't receive email in outlook, send is okay though.

When I first set up my Outlook account I was able to receive emails. But
today I cannot receive emails, I can still send emails okay though. I click
the send/receive button and it seems to go through the motions of downloading
messages, but I get no new emails in my box. I've sent several test emails
to myself and none of them has reached my inbox. I do not get any error
messages either.
Please please please help.

What version of Outlook do you have? Could you turn on diagnostic logging
(see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and
post the OPMLog.log file after trying to receive?
