I can't recieve mails from hotmail

What happens to the mail items sent from other domains? Can you send
yourself one from one of your web mail accounts?

What application were you using for the hotmail emails?
Outlook? OE?

I notice you were in a domain, I suggest you make sure you installed the ISA
client if there is any ISA Firewall Server installed.
