I cant save a high resolution jpg and the printer is waiting. HELP

Another person created a brochure in Publisher and now the printer needs a
high resolution jpg but Publisher doesent give me the choice of what quality
to save the .jpg as. It just saves low resolution. What is the procedure to
save as high resolution jpg?? The pack and go option didnt work for my
printer.
