i cant see anyrthing in my inbox but icon says i have mail how do.

I seem to have lost my inbox access an icon in task bar says i have unopen
messages but nothing shows inbox and all messages have dissapeared

what can be done

check the view on your inbox- do you have a view that is hiding messages? do
you have rules moving messages?
