I cant see middle and bottom tier of time line

HI,
when I print in the Ganett Chart view, I do not see the middle or
bottom tier of the time line, nor do I see the top row (task, start,
finish, etc).

could someone please help me with this.

Hi,

Are they visible in print preview? If not, then it's probably a printer
driver problem. Go to your printer manufacturer's web site and get the
latest driver.

If they are visible, then does this happen from other PC's?
