Time Scale Question

MSP Beginner

I am trying to show the time scale in months on the middle tier and on the
bottom tier I am trying to show the number of weeks in that month and then
start the count over for each month (ex: Jan 1 2 3 4 5 , Feb 1 2 3 4, etc.)
I cant seem to get it to show up that way. Can anyone help
