I can't see my BCM toolbar in Outlook2003

I can't see my BCM toolbar in Outlook2003

I have tried the following precedure and the the BCM come into my All
Mail Folders but the BCM toolbar is still not appearing.

ANyone, help........................

If you clicked No in the Business Contact Manager for Outlook Startup
Wizard, you can set up Business Contact Manager for Outlook later by
doing the following:

On the File menu, click Data File Management.
In the Outlook Data Files dialog box, click Add.
In the New Outlook Data File dialog box, click Business Contact Manager
Database, and then click OK.
Follow the instructions in the Startup Wizard on the Create or select a
Business Contact Manager database page.
After you complete the wizard, close the Outlook Data Files dialog box,
and then restart Outlook.
