I can't seem to find outlook express on my computer

Outlook Express has disappeared from my computer and I have no idea how to
get it back. I did a search but all I get is folders no .exe to reinstall
it. I tried to find it online but they have me going in circles. You have to
have this to get this, and you have to have that to get this kind of thing.
