I can't send or reseive E-mails on Outlook, why?Set as defalt .

Some links I have to send e-mail to costumer service automatically connect me
to Outlook (as default) but I don't seem to have an e-mail address for it,
because I can not send or reseive any e-mails. How do I get it to work or get
an e-mail address?
