I can't to access the supplements (addin) and controls

Dear all,
In my MS-Access 2016 [Office 365 Home] there are no supplements installed [COM, of Access, Disabled]. Also, I can't use the Controls, specially ActiveX. I don't know why this is happen and how can I solve this therefore I kindly ask you to support me to solve this issue. [P.S.: I already contacted Microsoft support and unbelievably they are no know how I can solve this!]

Normally to use an ActiveX control, you must have a license to use it with Access. This is usually done by purchasing the software from a third-party vendor.

Have you purchased an ActiveX control?

Which ActiveX control(s) are you trying to install and /or use?
