I can't update office as it was pre-installed and I have no discs

How can we use update if we do not have the discs as the product as
pre-installed from OEM? My microsoft office has become very unstable and I am
now having to use open office to work. What a rediculous state of affairs and
an abuse. I can't even print anything and exel has lost half it's menu bar!

Well, you could keep using OpenOffice! It's great, but a little bit slower
on older machines.
