I can't use insert to open a file.

I can open my file from the Folder List. But when I want
to use "insert->picture" from this the same folder, here
is an error said "the folder http://..... is not longer
avilable".

Try running a Tools Web Settings Advanced - Delete Files, and then Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks
If it still times out it is a server/host problem - contact them to increase the timeout
