I can't use the wizards in Access 2003 - it says "ActiveX compon.

When I try to create a new dBase I get a message box with Microsoft Visual
Basic - Object Library not registered and then I get another box with
"ActiveX component can't create object" and I can't use any of the wizards -
plese help
