I cleaned out my Personal folder and now get "Unknown Error"

I am using Outlook 2003 and when I cleaned out my Personal Folder I began
getting the following error from the Outlook Send/Receive Progress:

Task 'mail.hughes.net - Sending' reported error (0x80040201) : 'Unknown
Error 0x80040201'

I can send and receive messages just fine and there is nothing in my outbox
that should be sent. My ISP has worked hard with me to correct this error but
to no avail.

Can you help?
