I DEL files I need, (office Buisness 2007, ->Excel), How restore?

So how did you delete them? Were they on a Network drive possibly?
What makes you think they would be on Office Online? You would know whether
you uploaded them there or not...

Reinstall using the original installation media you have along with the
original installation key.
