Need help. Never had to do this. I downloaded office 2019 last year as you can't buy the DVD now. I had to reinstall windows and don't know how to download it again. I need a link and any other help you can. Don't even know if I can remember any user names and passwords.

I have gone to account.microsoft.com and have at the top my name paypal earn points and devises.
Can't finf any restore links.
Can see payments and billing. Can see office there. But still no restore.
