Try Detect and Repair from Help window.
In Office 2003, open any application, say Word.
Now click on HELP, Detect and Repair. (You may need to click on down
arrow icon to see all menu items)
Follow the onscreen instructions and you will find everything you
"deleted" is now "undeleted"!
