i deleted microsoft outlook. excel, and word by mistake . Can I retrieve it?
Depends. Click the "recycle bin" icon on your desktop; depending on
your version of Windows, the size of your hard disk, and how you
deleted them, they may still be there.
What exactly did you delete? The many, many files in C:\Program
Files\Office? The desktop icons? or what?
