I don't have the MS office 2003 toolbar!

I would like to get my toolbar installed on the right like in Offic
2000. How do I do that?
Before it was an option in the program panel "Microsoft Office Tools"

Office Pro 2000) and choose ONLY the toolbar... Then just drag th
shortcuts onto it...
