i dont see http option for servers in outlook 2000

How do i configure hotmail account in my outlook 2000. I dont see http option
in the server option.... plz advise...

You don't. Official support was introduced in Outlook 2002.

If you want to try an unofficial way of getting it added to Outlook 2000 in
Internet Mail Only mode, take a peek at
http://www.slipstick.com/config/ol2000hotmail.htm. Just keep in mind that
this solution has it draw backs.

You don't. Outlook 2002 was the first version to support Hotmail.
