I have office, old ed. how do i check to see if i have powerpoint. I cant
open some emails, i get a pop up saying windows needs to know what programme
created it. when i searched the web, I kept getting results about powerpoint.

If your version of Office comes with PowerPoint you can install it by
running "Setup" on the Office CD.

However if all you want to do is look at PowerPoint files, all you really
need is the free PowerPoint viewer that Microsoft provides:
