I don't understand.. My outlook is ok but I can't receive/send e-mails.
Can someone tell me, what's wrong?

if you cannot send/receive emails, I would say your Outlook is not OK...what
type of email account did you configure? is everything in that
profile/configuration exactly correct?

I meant that the configurations are OK.
I configure an http (hotmail)

When I try to send the e-mails stays in the outbox, it doesn't even send.

http is accessed via a browser...not via Outlook...more detail is
needed...if you're using Outlook, what, exactly, happens when you try to
send an email? what if someone tries to send an email to you? errors?
NDRs?

Is this a free Hotmail Live account? If so, are you using the Outlook
Connector? You can access Hotmail with Outlook in two ways: via POP account
or via the Outlook Connector.
