I don't want PivotCharts!

Whenever I try to gernerate a chart area where the datasource is a
pivottabell. Excel "Wizard me around" with a PivotChart. I do not want it! I
want to adjust and format my own chart!

How can I turn of the PivotChart to be initialized whenever I use a
PivotTable as source for my charts.....??

There's no option you can turn off, but Jon Peltier has instructions for
creating a normal chart from a pivot table:
