Hi all,

I'll be brief. I followed the directions for password protection, but it
didn't work. The password-protected page just loaded, instead of the logon
page. The logon page just shows the code whenever I preview it in my
browser. How can I fix this so that it works? I need it, to secure certain
areas of my site, for they are for members only.

then try it??

I am assuming you are referring to password protection using .asp
pages and database as detailed in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;825498

If this is correct, does your site support asp and is it running on a
Windows server?
http://www.npinnowebsite.ca/ appears to be on Unix, and does not
support Access database.

As Ron pointed out depends on your server OS
He gave you the way to do it on a Windows Server
You never responded on the OS or what you did
