Are you talking about content in IE6? If so then you will need to
reinstall IE6 but you need to change the registry keys as you can't just
install again!.
Call MS for instructions. Best to do that so they can verify that you are the one that set it up. Too many kids try and get around what parents set up for their kids. Sorry I do not mean to be nasty but I have personally been blasted by parents for giving out these instructions. Let them blast MS
Anyone should be able to find instructions for doing this in five minutes
or less using Google. Hint: It's called Content Advisor.
Don't let anyone tell you that you need to reinstall anything. That
"solution" is almost alway wrong, and it's particularly off the mark in
this situation.
