I found the file

I found the file you mentioned...PJDB.HTM. The problem is I've already read it. That file only tells us that timephased data takes precidence over all other changes in the database...it does not tell us how to edit that data. Oh, there are lines of code to add information, but not to edit current information.

So I ask again...why is it so hard to do this? What is going on that these files don't tell me about? What am I missing? If I am better off with VBA, what steps should I take to link Access VBA with Project?

Again, you help is most appreciated.
