I get a site link in my email, when I clik on it I get a alert

In Outlook when I get a highlighted link and try to go to it I get an alert
that it is blocked and see administrator. Can't find anywhere in my
antivirus or how to remove this block.

We are to guess what was the actual error message from a vague "it is
blocked" description of it?

Do you use adblock software (separately or in an add-on to IE)?

Did your parents or employer web censoring on your host? An example is
NetNanny.

Did your parents or employer use web censoring upstream of your host?
This can be done in a gateway host, at the router, as an account setting
on the ISP, or even in the DNS server (if using OpenDNS or another
non-ISP DNS server).
