When trying to do a 'Save' or 'Save As' in Excel 2003, I get 'The file can
not be accessed'. This problem occurs under the login to the local computer,
but works if I login into the 2003 server from the same computer. This
problem started after SharePoint was installed on the server. The file that
is being opened is on the same local PC. The settings of the Excel on the
same PC that the two different logins use are configured the same.
