I get an error message canot find MSO7FTP WHEN I TRY AND INSTALL .

HOW DO I RE-INSTALL OFFICE 2000? THE SETUP CD CAUSES A RESPONSE
"INCOMPATIBLE"" ON WINDOWS XP OPERATING SYSTEM

Open Word and click Help > About. If it shows that you have version
2000 with SP3, I THINK that may be the problem???

If you are running on Service Pack 3, you may have to remove that
before you can install the original CDs again. You can remove it via
your Control Panel.

By the way, you are typing in all caps and that is considered
shoutiing and rude, since it is difficult to read when all caps are
used. So turn them off when you post.
