I get an error when trying to send or receive messages, new error.

In Outlook, I started to receive an error message when opening and when
trying to send or receive messages. It says cannot connect to server. My
other computer has no trouble. HELP!!!!! I have tried repairing, deleting and
re installing and nothing helps.
