i get the error xml file invalid why?

when i click on the outlook button it tries to load then it comes up
Cannot start Microsoft Office OUtlook. Cannot open the Outlook window.
Invalid XML, the view cannot be loaded. then click ok I do not understand
this because nothing to change anything.

Exit Outlook. Then run:

outlook.exe /resetnavpane
