I got an incorrect notification

I get a notification that somebody responded to a post that was not mine!

a) you've just been sent a virus, or

b) someone is validating your email address for spam purposes.

Since the e-mail arrived 30 seconds after I registered as a forum user I can
only assume that the virus or e-mail validation came from Redmond. A simply
bug is a more likely reason.
