I got tooltip text to appear on a Visio web page not sure how!

I am a bit confused: I created a Visio diagram in 2003 and saved as Web Page.
Very pleased with the capabilities of search, pan and zoom etc.

I noticed that on some alpha text a"tooltip" appears when I hover the cursor
and also it prompts to Ctrl-Click to see custom properties which do indeed
show.

Great! So I thought I'd create some more similar text. But now it doesn't
work...

What did I do right! It seems by chance I stumbled into a useful feature but
I don't know how I did it...

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks for this Mark. I already saw it and it seems very convoluted!

I have found that saving as Web Page with at least one Custom Property
defined pops up the text as a ToolTip. What I am doing is just using the Text
tool and drawing an area then I type in some text and then right-click on the
text and use Format to set a border line and fill colour. Then I right click
again and set a custom property.

When I save as Web Page the text will appear in a pop up at a legible size
even when zoomed out. The instruction "Ctrl + Click to view custom
properties" is appended but this is no bad thing!

BTW I found that Ctrl Click in Visio editor allows one to select several
pieces ot text at the same time and then define custom properties for all of
them.
