"I Hate Spam" Issue in Microsoft Outlook

After uninstalling the "I Hate Spam" program from my computer I get a
warning message that says the following: "The add in "D:/Program
Files\IHate Spam/IHate Spam Outlook Edition\PIMAPI...." could not be
installed or loaded. this problem may be resolved by using Detect and
Repair on the Help menu. You may be out of memory, out of system resources
or missing a .dll file.

I have run the Detect/Repair option to no avail. Any ideas about how I can
correct this issue. Microsoft Outlook still works okay, but I have to close
that annoying popup window each time I open the program.

Find and delete the file named extend.dat when Outlook is closed. (Note: If
using Windows XP, make sure you configure the search to look for
hidden/system files. It won't turn up unless you do.)
