I have 2 copies of local folders how do I elimate one of them.

I hve 2 Local Floders in my Outlook 2003and If i delete one of them I delete
the other, they are exactly the same and i cannot delete one of them. Does
anyone know how to delete the second folder, it will not let me delete it and
If I eliminate one the other goes as well.

I would do an export of just one of the folders in to a .pst, and then
delete both of them then import just the one that you exported.
