i have 3 criteria to count from which 1 is changing

i have to create daily report in which present ,absent, night shift people to
be counted i am using sumproduct but for another day nightshift changes den
previous days report changes please help me

Then you will need to capture the shift in a cell(s) on the worksheet and
use that in the SP formula, and update the cell when the shift changes.
