This method is working fine, but I want to enhance it if possible.

Is there syntax the will export this to a worksheet in an existing excel ss?

I have a default ss that calculates a lot of data. I am pulling the actual
data using asp.

Presently I copy and paste the new ss into the default ss.

Is there syntax that will open the default ss with this data in it? The
default is on the server.
