I have a table that spans multiple pages. How can I have the table heading
at the top of each page without puting it there manually. This table is
added to daily by multiple users.

Table - Table Properties - Row

Under Options, check Repeat as header row at the top of each page

Alternatively, select the row(s) you want as heading row(s) and click Table
| Heading Rows Repeat. Note that heading rows must be contiguous and must
include the top row of the table.
