I have an error opening an any office file please help !!!

Hi,

I upload a video that describe my problem. I installed office 13 and I clicked an empty word file and it didn't opened. It says important installation problem. The weird thing is I 've been having this error in different versions of office (10,13) and different os (win7, win10). And I can't find any solution. How can I solve this?
