I have an outgoing email that won't send, or delete? Any thought.

Create a new profile with a new pst file. Open the old pst file and delete
the item from the outbox. Close Outlook and delete the new mail profile and
switch back to the old.

I have found that if I choose Work Offline from the File
drop down menu. I can then delete the message from the
Outbox folder.
