This has been going on for weeks, once I verify my ID on the hotmail.com site
outlook will usually send my emails out. How do I get rid of this problem

Microsoft remeoved outlook and outlook express accese to hotmail. you
will not be able to check your send email that way any more you will
have to go to www.hotmail.com
