I changed from Tiscali to BT and cannot send letters through outlook to
either my new e-mail address or others - as l just get an error message
saying unable to connect to poptiscali. My previous e-mail provider.
How to l re jig my system to change over to new provider in office, so l can
forward letter and minutes by e-mail

Check the web page for your new ISP to get the instructions for setting up your email. Most ISPs have this information in a FAQ section of their main page.
