I have created a table. Now how to insert Excel data into it?

I have created a table. Now how do I fill it with data from an Excel
spreadsheet?
There must be a very simple way !

In Excel choose to save as HTML. Import the file to your Web. You can
now work with this instead of the empty table you created.

I just copy and paste the Excel data into FP and it goes in as a table. You
have to put border widths, etc on the table once you get it into FP, but it
only takes seconds.
