I have downloaded Accounting Express.How to REgister ?

I have downloaded the Free Version of Microsoft Accounting Express.It is
asking to update the company details, if I say cancel, then it again shows me
the open screen, if I click it is getting upgraded.After a week , it is
asking me to pay something.I tried to uninstall & reinstall the software, but
was of no use again the same message is appearing.Kindly help me to work in
my company without upgrading the software.
