I have lost all my previous e-mail. Can it be retrieved?

You need to provide more details first or you leave everyone who could
potentially help guessing.

What version of Outlook?
When did this happen? Did anything change to precipitate this?
Are there any error messages and/or numbers?
Have you taken any troubleshooting steps yourself (this is so that no one
tells you to do the same steps again)?
Have you lost everything (email in sent items, inbox, deleted items,
contacts, calendar entries) or just some things?

With so vauge a post, how do you expect anyone to help?

In general, the answer is "yes", but clearly it depends on how you "lost"
them and you don't give any clues about that. This isn't

: Thank you for replying-as you have probably guessed I am new to this! I am using Outlook 2003. I was repeatedly being asked for my username and password and nothing happened each time I gave them only a repetition of the request! I tried to repeat my registrarion (ie my POP and SMTP details ) but that did not work and I have lost everything that you have outlined. Help!!
