I have lost my address book and cannot retrive it? Where can i find it on
my hard drive to restore it?

Unclear question. Outlook does not even have an address book.
Why not start by stating your Outlook version and an accurate description of
your problem. We can't make a diagnosis when you report no symptoms. We
aren't veterinarians.
